Weekly Challenge: You Are Enough

Suspend your disbelief for a few moments each day in this week and imagine that you are doing enough and you are already where you need to be.

When you say I am Enough, I have Enough, I do Enough notice each chakra and how they feel individually. Start with the Root (base of the spine) and work your way up to the Crown. Make notes so you remember.
