Weekly Challenge: You Are Enough


Suspend your disbelief for a few moments each day in this week and imagine that you are doing enough and you are already where you need to be.

•What is the immediate response I experience when speaking this mantra? I am enough, I have enough, I do enough.
•What is the tone or feeling I am met with in my body, mind and heart in regard to this mantra?
•What does "being enough" mean in my life? 
•What does "having enough"mean in my life? 
•What does "doing enough"mean in my life? 
•If you extend to yourself that this mantra is true for a few minutes, what feelings do you experience? How would your life change if you believed this to be true 100% of the time? Do your feelings about yourself or others change?
