Weekly Challenge: You Are Enough


Suspend your disbelief for a few moments each day in this week and imagine that you are doing enough and you are already where you need to be.

Meditation
Sit for 15 minutes or longer today, (every day if you can), and focus on this mantra; I am Enough, I have Enough, I do Enough. Repeat it to yourself.
