Self-Care

Thinking of you today. I hope you have a moment to share with yourself, to be close to yourself, to know no producing has to be done, you are enough as you are.
Appreciate yourself and if you have enough to do it, ask yourself what's something you need and can you make a commitment to make it happen. It might likely be something you don't want to do but know will be rewarding.
This is self-care and it builds self-awareness and self-esteem and self-worth. When you commit to yourself, you might have to say no to others, your resources may feel limited. Restoring your energy is not selfish, it's self-care. You will be better for it and feel better about yourself.
