What we resist, persists. I believe acceptance is key in the process of becoming healthier. We can't force a change, it just won't stick. A gradual opening toward a new lifestyle is helpful, changed attitudes can help us in the process. it takes time and persistence. One day at at time, is how we move forward, while often feeling like we're moving backward. What are you unable to accept about yourself or your habits that persist? Try to be objective and see if you can shift your attitude to accept where you are right now.
