Get Well Stay Well Tea


This is my go-to when I start to feel under the weather or even if I just know I'm dealing with a lot of stress or want a healthy and nourishing cup of comfort to sip on.

1 clove garlic
1/2" ginger root
1 wedge of lemon
honey

Optional:
• 1 ricola cough drop if I have a sore throat
• pinch of various herbs depending on what feels right -  cayenne, cumin, coriander, fennel, echinacea, sage, peppermint, cinnamon, lemongrass, rosemary....

Tip: use a garlic press for the garlic and ginger to get the best version. SKIP THE CHOPPING AND PRESS!
