Keep It Simple

Some very simple tools to slow down time, become present and anchored in the Moment. 

-Burn some sage or Cedar to cleanse your body or your home
-Take 10 breaths, fully and in total presence
-Take 10 steps being completely absorbed by the feeling in your body
-Notice 10 bites of food as you eat a meal
-Walk for 10 minutes outside with awareness to what the day has to offer you
